Delete your Curl Clash account
You can delete your Curl Clash account, and the game data tied to it, at any time. There are two ways to do it.

In the game
- Open Curl Clash.
- Tap the Settings button (the gear) on the main menu.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Don’t see the button? Update the game, or use option 2.

By email
Email privacy@curlclash.com with the subject “Delete my account” and include your display name. We may ask a question to make sure the account is yours.
What is deleted
- Your account: user ID, the link to your device and your display name
- Your rank: division, tier, rank points and placement progress
- Your leaderboard entry
- Your friends list, friend requests and match challenges
- The stone skins you own and have equipped
- Your name in match history: other players will see “Deleted player” instead
What may be kept for a while

How long it takes
We delete your account and its game-server data within 30 days of your request, usually much sooner. If you emailed us, we reply when it is done.
Good to know
- Uninstalling the game removes the data on your phone but does not delete your online account.
- Deletion is permanent. Your rank, friends and skins cannot be restored afterwards.
